Sectors We Work In
We work in four sectors rather than claiming all of them, and they are the four our founder worked in across 30 years of technology leadership, including CTO and CIO roles. What they have in common is that AI arrives carrying a governance question alongside the efficiency one, so the hard part is rarely the technology and almost always who signs it off, on what evidence, and what happens to the people doing the work today.

Why we do not claim every sector
A consultancy that lists twenty industries is telling you it has a framework rather than experience, and in regulated work the difference shows up quickly. Knowing that a financial services board will ask about model drift before it asks about savings, or that a university cannot simply instruct its faculties, is the sort of thing that comes from having sat on the other side of the table rather than from reading the sector primer.
We do work outside these four, and plenty of the thinking transfers, particularly on cost, operating model and governance. But when a business asks whether we know their world, we would rather answer that precisely than broadly.
